Church Conference Merch and Shirts for Christian Events

Church Wear designs church conference merch, conference shirts and event collections for churches and ministries only. We are a team of Christians in Gretna, Nebraska, shipping nationwide to conferences and events run by churches of 500 and up. Our in-house design team builds the collection from your brand, you approve it, and every piece arrives size tagged, pre-folded and poly bagged so your merch table runs itself.

Who this is for

  • You printed 50 event shirts last year and sold 11.

  • Nobody actually owns merch, so it becomes someone’s extra job the week of the event.

  • Volunteers spend a full day folding and sorting before doors open.

  • The local shop’s catalog gives you the same shirt every other event has.

What we make

Conference merch has to sell at a table, in a hallway, during a 15-minute break. That means a design people want on them, a size range that does not strand half the room, and a table nobody has to dig through. We use premium blanks, heavyweight and cut-and-sew pieces, with full-size prints, embroidery, puff print and embossing. Minimum is 100 pieces per design.

  • Tees in true-to-fit, oversize and boxy

  • Hoodies in fleece, French terry, zip and two-tone, plus crewnecks and quarter-zips

  • Hats including snapbacks, five-panel, trucker, corduroy and wool

  • Bomber and canvas worker jackets for speaker and staff gifts

  • Socks, stickers and shorts as add-on pieces

  • Woven neck tags with your name, hem tags, jock tags and custom poly bags

How it works

  1. Start with a free 30-minute merch audit. We review what sold last time and map this year’s drop.

  2. Our design team builds the collection from your brand. You approve it, yay or nay, and your brand stays on file for the next event.

  3. We produce it and send you photos of every piece before it ships.

  4. It arrives at your church size tagged, pre-folded and poly bagged, labeled by campus or venue when you need it.

A real project

We did the merch drop for One Youth Rally in Nebraska, an event with more than 4,000 students. It sold out in 30 minutes and cleared $10,000, which funded the venue and a good chunk of production. Merch stopped being a cost line and started paying for the event.

Ideas

  • Run a dated main shirt for attendees and one undated piece people keep wearing after the event.

  • Two tiers at the table: a volume tee and one premium cut-and-sew piece for the people who want it.

  • Hats are an easy add-on: take one design into three colorways.

  • Separate speaker, staff and volunteer gifts from the retail collection: a bomber or canvas worker jacket works.

  • Stickers and socks as impulse pieces beside the register.

  • Pre-folded and size-tagged stock means your table stays organized without volunteers re-sorting it.
